Six servicemen of Russia’s National Guard were killed when repelling the attack, a spokesman for Russia’s National Guard told TASS:
“During the armed clash six servicemen died, there are also the wounded”- the spokesman confirmed.
“The Islamic State terrorist group has assumed responsibility for an attack on the National Guard base in Chechnya’s Naursky district,” he said. “The fact proves once again the National Guard units are on the forefront of struggle with international terrorism,” he added
