Montenegro to join NATO
The U.S. Senate voted overwhelmingly to approve the expansion of NATO to allow Montenegro to join the alliance. As voting continued, the vote was 86 to 2 in favor of Montenegro’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
