Lithuania's Consul recalled from Kazakhstan

Lithuania’s consul general Regimantas Jablonskas was recalled from Kazakhstan’s largest city of Almaty (pictured) following reports about non-transparent visa issuing. The diplomat received the post of Consul General in 2015.
