Kayseri: EU condemns terrorism

“The EU strongly condemns all acts of terrorism. The PKK, including its affiliate TAK, is listed as terrorist organisation in the EU with action being taken against them by the EU institutions and the Member-States”, – says the statement of the European External Action Service (EEAS) reacting on Kayseri attack in Turkey.
The EU top diplomat Federica Mogherini had a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, expressing condolences after terroristic attack in Kayseri – industral city in Central Anatolia, Turkey – today.
Reportedly 13  off-guard soldiers are killed more than 50 wounded in a car  explosion in Kayseri, while  visiting a local market. None of the terroristic group revendicated the assault so far. President Tayyip Erdogan blamed on Kurdish militants.
The EU confirms the continuity of its commitment to work together with the government of Turkey in combatting terrorism.
